What's Happening
On Sunday, February 24th we all got up early and took the bus to Big Boulder for a day of skiing and snow tubing. We had a great turn out for the event and everyone had a great time. We only had 1 injury!
Thanks to all the adult chaperones and to Fr. Don who did a special Eucharist for us at 7am to get us off the the right start for the day!Helping to Eliminate Poverty
Our first 30 hour famine was a lot of fun and very successful! Although we did not reach our goal of selling 29,000 links, we have decided to keep on trying. We have about 27,000 to go!
The 29,000 links represent the number of children who die each day from hunger or hunger related disease each day. If you would like to help us raise money for World Vision, you can still purchase links.
Celebrating the Passion
Holy week has been very busy for us. We read the passion on Palm Sunday, Coordinated the Agape Meal on Maundy Thursday, Acted out the Live Stations of the Cross on Good Friday and shared in the joy of Jesus breaking from the tomb by hosting an Easter Egg Hunt for the younger children in the parish! Complete with an Easter Bunny!
